About Inkwell

A quieter way to write the one page that decides your next job.

What Inkwell does

Inkwell is a résumé and cover-letter studio. Instead of handing you a blank page, it gives you a guided editor that already holds the structure recruiters expect — your summary, your roles, your education, your skills. The AI writer turns the plain sentences you type about your work into achievement bullets, rewrites your summary for the role you are actually chasing, and drafts a cover letter that sounds like you rather than like a template. Four templates, five accent colours, and one-click PDF export finish the job.

Who it is for

Inkwell is for people who know their work well and hate writing about it: first jobs, career changes, returns to work after a break, and senior roles where one careless line is expensive. Every template is recruiter-safe — a single column, no tables, no images — so the document a hiring manager opens is the same document you designed, and it still reads cleanly when an applicant tracking system parses it. You can write and preview every template for free; Pro adds unlimited exports and unlimited cover letters.

Who builds it

Inkwell is designed, built and maintained by a small independent team. We are not a job board, we do not sell your data, and your documents stay private to your account — they are never shared with employers or recruiters. The product is kept deliberately small: a résumé, a cover letter, and the shortest path to a clean PDF. The free plan exists so you can see your own résumé come out the other side before deciding whether Pro is worth paying for.

Your documents are yours

Résumés, letters and drafts are stored against your own account and are visible only to you. Deleting your account removes them.
